The Coffee Berry Borer is a potentially devastating pest. Even farms that are not infected still need traps as a first alert. Attend a free workshop this Saturday, 9:00 - 11am at the University Extension office across from the Aloha Theatre to discuss the CBB, demonstrate trap building and proper usage. The difficult to obtain methanol bait will be available for purchase. To build your own traps, bring 2 liter bottles or 1 gallon plastic jugs and empty pill viles. Everyone is invited.
